Whatever you feel comfortable sharing re: your location, background and interests. I live on a beautiful farm near the Peaks of Otter Mountains, in Virginia. We raise TB x Welsh hunter ponies and Welsh ponies. We use the Otteridge prefix on all the ones we raise. Our website is: www.otteridgefarm.com Using Alex's updates as well as other related articles, I started a Barbaro thread on the Chronicle of the Horse's BB. It remains active today. Many of my friends in the horse business have donated to the Barbaro Fund and are active in horse rescue.
Share a little about your horse experiences. I grew up in the business, having shown my junior years up and down the east coast in the AA show circuit. We have rescued several TB's over the years. Unfortunately, as a horse/pony owner, we have known personally the horrific reality of laminitus, and have lost a wonderful broodmare to this dreaded disease.
