Current Horses
Our Hearthrob
Owner: Mike Rago & Cecily Knee
Our Hearthrob is currently at Fair Hill on a little break. She was training fine but her body needs a little time to catch up.
Gatornation
Owner: Matt Haney
Gator is back after a short break and ready to run on the turf. His attitude is great and we hope he has a good racing season this year.
King Congaree
Pedigree : Colt By Congaree
Owner: Two Legends Farm
King Congaree is a tall, lanky, almost white(grey)colt with a wonderful disposition. We look forward to getting him to the races.
Miss MVP
Pedigree : Filly By Grand Slam out of Russian Bride
Owner: Two Legends Farm
Miss MVP is a nice bay filly who was purchased from the May sale in Timonium. She is a kind filly and does everything we ask of her.
Luke
More images of Luke: Fair Hill photographs
Pedigree: Unknown
Luke is the stable pony. He is the hardest worker on our team, whether it is keeping company to some of the younger horses when they go to the track or overseeing the works of Redaspen.
Luke has been with the barn for seven years and we hope for many more.
Vicar's Tune
Pedigree : By Vicar out of a Mr. Prospector mare. Owner: Miguel Piedro
Vicar is a quiet boy that you never hear a peep out of. He won his first start for us at Colonial Downs and we hope he will be with us for awhile. He is quite a joy to work with.
Saar Treaty
Owner: Mr. Matt Haney
This little girl acts all grown up. She is a gorgeous dark bay that is very precocious and is up to breezing a quarter mile. So far she does everything like a professional.
Our Diva
Owner: Equivine Farm
2yo Marquetry filly.
This is a sister to Real Lace. She looks a lot like her big sister but is a bit bigger in everyway. She is training well and should be quite a runner. She has a great attitude for a filly and we can't wait to get her to the races.
Paris Night
Or just "Paris"
Owner: John Casamanos
Paris is on a short break as she had a few hind end issues. She should return to us in a few months.
Powdered Donut
Pedigree: 2005 F. by Aljabr out of Hamseh
Owner: Mr. Marty Carmichael
This grey filly has come to us willing to train and with a spunky personality.
Triumphant
Owner: Vintage Thoroughbreds LLC /Mr David Charlton
This is a two year old chestnut colt by Storm Boot out of the mare Tada. He is a well bahaved boy who so far has been just a gem to work with.
Rose Campbell
Pedigree: 2005 F. by Raffie's Majesty out of Russian Stage.
Owner: Mr. Mike Makowski
Rosie went home for a short break but is coming back within the next two weeks. She has really turned a corner with us and hopefully this go around we can get her to the races. We couldn't ask for a kinder filly.
Sweet Ginger Brown
Owner: Vintage Thoroughbreds LLC / Mr. David Charlton
Pedigree: '06 by Smoke Glacken
This filly is a nice two year old. Nothing seems to bother her and she has settled in nicely.
Veiled Reference
Owner: T Street Associates
Veiled Reference is on the farm keeping Luke company. Her spirits are great and she gives me a run for my money everyday. Sometimes cleaning her stall can be an aerobic excercise. There is always someone in the barn to keep her company and she enjoys terrorizing anyone who is near her.
Who's Happy
3yo filly by Caller ID, half sister to Raging Rapids.
Congratulations to Happy's owners. Happy got Philadelphia Park's three year old filly of the year. She certainly deserves it. After her winter break she is now back with us and breezing a half mile. She should be racing in about a month. We can't wait..
Beloved Graduates
Real Lace
Owner: Equivine Farm
4yo Real Quiet filly.
She had a decent campaign early in the 2006 year. She had some time off over the summer and then came back looking very sharp. She won two races at Laurel in the fall in impressive fashion. She had some time off over the winter and has been training forwardly for her debut at Pimlico.
A nice first start in 2007. An allowance race, originally scheduled for the turf was switched to the dirt due to the wet weather. She led for most of the way but was headed at the eighth pole and finished second. She cooled out well.
Real Lace ran second on Saturday December 15th and was claimed from us in the process. We miss her everyday. We wish her nothing but the best and hope she lives a long and happy life.
Penny - no need to take this BEAUTY off the page, please keep her up for a LONG time! :) swedishkat
I hope you keep this beautiful girl's pictures on your website for a long time,Penny, she is one of my all-time favorites! Ruth Ann
