I have a photo in our tiny office of the stallion Wild Again. He is the most beautiful stallion I have ever looked at. From the race track came a stunning black mare, and her name is Always Calm. Her sire is Wild Again. Into a round pen she goes, and before dark I showed her the picture of Wild Again. I said this is your daddy. She sniffed the photo, then returned to her supper. She was certainly given the right name. Since arriving she is Always Calm.
A new gelding from the race track yesterday, and his name is Spectacular Bay. He was fast, earned decent money, and he leans over the panels to say good morning. I think we will call him Specs

Spectacular Bay ~ today (8/24) will be his first full day on our ranch, and I hope he likes fly spray...
A new arrival from the race track yesterday evening, and his name is Winning Stripes. He made gobs of money, and is cute as can be. I just love his body. On the left is Winning Stripes as he comes off the van. On the right is Winning Stripes having a look at our ranch for the first time. Probably he is thinking Yuck. If you look closely you can see the moon through the Sacramento smog.
Diamond Shine is 3 years old and a cutie. They said he only raced once, and ran 4th.
