8/16/07, Race 1, 4 ½ f., claiming $2,000, PEAKS END, 4, g. DNF. Clipped heels, fell past 3/16 pole, losing the rider, but did walk off. Stewards inquiry ruled no changes. Peaks End caused his own problems by lugging out around the turn which caused him to clip heels with outside rival. O: Jose Hernandez; T: Antonio Soto; J: Adan Fuentes.

There were several gate incidents: broke through gate, hit gate, bumped etc., but all horses finished the race – in last or second last place – but they finished.

8/23/07 Race 1, 4 ½ f., claiming $2,000, DANCE N APPLAUD, 3, c. Finished 7/7. Forced early pace, lost contact nearing stretch, then gave way readily. Did not return to be unsaddled and was vanned off. O: Equimed Partners, LLC; T: Keith Craigmyle; J: James Vail.

This is a Quarter Horse but I’m including him anyway (it’s hard to ignore mentioning a horse that had to be vanned off even if it’s just to print his name). 8/25/07 Race 7, 870 yds., claiming $2,000, NOBLE A TAC, 10, g. Finished 8/8. 4 wide, faded, vanned off. O: D. Valerie MacKay; T: Ramiro Zuazo; J: Adolfo Rodriguez.

9/2/07, Race 3, 4 ½ f., claiming $2,500, SPECTACULAR MILLI, 6, m. DNF. Chased while slightly off the rail to the stretch, ducked out nearing 16th marker and lost its rider. Stewards inquiry ruled Spectacular Milli caused her own problem. O: James and John Demaio; T: James McElroy; J: Victor Navarro.

Quarter Horse - 9/15/07, Race 5, 300 yds., claiming $3,200, EYEM A NATIVE, 3, F. DNF. Injured, vanned off (probably occurred between stretch and finish). O/T: Adan Farias; J: Rodrigo Aceves.
