Klondike's Story
Klondike is a 15.2 h 5 yr TB gelding who was donated to CANTER MA. Klondike came to my farm for two months of training and was just starting to grasp the concept of dressage and starting over fences when that bowed tendon didn't feel quite right to me. He had a mild strain so he went back to hang out in the fields at the CANTER fields in Md. Once he had several months to heal up Allie and friends started to ride him again. Allie had the idea of starting blogs to chronicle the journey of the horses in the retraining process. Klondike was happy to be back to work and be fussed over. He went out on a hunter pace, x-country schooling and lots of trail rides. He was recently sold to a wonderful buyer who plans on doing a bit of everything with him. He will be well loved.
