October 5, 2007 - race 6, allowance, 6f. polytrack, 2 yr. old fillies, Misty Ocean, 2/f, outrun early and four or five wide was knocked sideways by Primetime Lassie when that one fell at the three sixteeths pole and unseated her rider. DNF. Tr: James Brookfield, Own: Jim H. Plemmons.
October 5, 2007 - race 6, allowance, 6f. polytrack, 2 yr. old fillies, Primetime Lassie, 2/f, forced the pace three abreast raced up close to the lane, drifted out a path at the three sixteeths pole, clipped heels with Syriana and fell, unseating her rider. DNF. Tr: George Arnold Sr., Own: William Snedegar and George Arnold Sr.
October 6, 2007 - race 6, Phoenix Stakes Gr. 3, 6f. polytrack, 3 & up, Teuflesberg, 3/c, forwardly placed four or five wide early, took a bad step before going a quarter was pulled up lame and vanned off. Tr: Jamie Sanders, Own: Jeff Singer, Jamie Sanders, Donnie Kelly and Gary S. Logsdon.
October 6, 2007 - race 8, Lane's End Breeder's Futurity Grade 1, 1-1/16 m. polytrack, 2/c, Gold Train up close inside the winner early, took a bad step nearing the backstretch. He was pulled up lame and vanned off. Tr: Dale Romans. Own: Robert K. Lucas. Sadly, Gold Train was euthanized.
October 10, 2007 - race 6, mdn sp. wt., 6 f., polytrack, 2 yr old fillies, Rain On The Plain, 2/f, took a bad step during the opening furlong, was pulled up lame in her left front and vanned off. DNF. Tr: William Fires, Own: Destiny Oaks. Sadly, Rain On The Plain was euthanized, as she fractured her sesamoid.
October 17, 2007 - race 8, allowance, 6f.,polytrack, 3 & up, Starforaday, 4/c, voice of early speed, circled horses twelve wide into the stretch and improved position. After being pulled up on the turn, starforaday, was vanned off. Tr/Own: Donna Wormson.
October 17, 2007 - race 8, allowance, 6f., polytrack, 3 & up, Scorpius, age 4/c, forwardly placed inside from the outset, broke down approaching the final quarter. Tr: Eoin Harty. Own: Darley Stable. Sadly, Scorpius was euthanized.
October 20, 2007 - race 6, allowance 1-1/16 m., turf, 3 & up, Kelvington, age 5/g, well place four or five wide throughout, loomed boldly on about even terms for the final furlong and wasn't good enough. After being pulled up on the backstretch Kelvington was vanned off. Tr: W. Calhoun. Own: Carl R. Moore Management LLC.
October 21, 2007, race 8, Stakes, 1-1/2 m., turf, F&M 3 & up, Arosa (Ire) never far back and four or five wide, made a menacing move between foes in the upper stretch and faltered suddenly. After being pulled up past the wire Arosa (Ire) was vanned off. Tr: Francois Parisel, Own: Mrs. David Nagle and Mrs. John Magnier.
October 24, 2007 - race 2, clmg. $7500., 1-1/16 m. polytrack, F&M, 3 & up, Shezyou Brewing, age 4/f, off the inside, took several off steps approaching the end of the backstretch, was pulled up and vanned off. Tr: Robert Metcalf Jr. Own: James Judd and Robert Metcalf Jr.
October 24, 2007 - race 4, allow., 1-5/8 miles polytrack, F&M, 3 & up, Black Willow, age 5/m, moved to the front two wide early, accomplished slow fractions, battled with Greenery to her inside, lost the edge to that one appraoching the final turn, was forced to steady sharply off Try To Remember's heels at the quarter mile ground and faded. After being pulled up on the turn past the wire Black Willow collapsed. Tr: Thomas Proctor. Own: Barbara Hunter.
