Bio
I was born and raised in Bridgewater, MA. When I was 20, I enlisted in the Air Force. There I met and married my husband Brian, who is from MI.In the 9 years we have been married, we have lived in MS, TX, VA and now a suburb of Tampa, FL with our two children, Brennan,7, and Emma, almost 2. I now stay home with the chilren and my husband works on base doing the same job he did in the military.
Horse experience
I have loved horses all my life and started riding when I was 5. My first horse was a QH mare at age 13. Then a few years ago, I owned a mustang who I sold to a young woman that wanted a pony to make into a hunter/jumper. I currently own an OTTB named Equal Chance aka Patrick. He raced 76 times in 6 years and has had roughly 13 owners since 2001. I will be his last. I am currently training him to be a hunter/jumper.
FOB activities
Upenn: Barbaro Fund, Laminitis Fund. I kick in a few dollars whenever I can to rescues and lobby to stop horse slaughter.
