Horse Experience

I have been around horses for a long time. Only recently did I become involved in Horse rescue. A friend needed a temporary home for 2 OTTB and I stepped foreward and helped them out. Since then I have found it very satisfying to help out these horses in transition and need.

I also train and retrain problem horses. I use Clinton Anderson's methods of training. Keep in mind I am not Certified by Clinton to use his name. I have learned and use his methods off of his DVD series and Clinics.

I have trained 3 of my own horses from the ground up. I have retrained 4 horses for outside people.

Horses are my passion, and are where I am most comfortable.

This page is a work in progress, as I have not been a part of Rescue for very long. I will have to say that I find it very rewarding and hope to be able to do it for a very long time.

I am fostering 1 OTTB, he is rehabbing here with me. He is my second fostering. CalabriaPakastrad has gone to his new home. I have been helping rehome the horses from Frank Carpers lot! I have successfully rehomed 4 horses on the board. I have successfully placed 8 privately from Franks lot! I am also the foster/adopter of Lady a Black and white paint mare from Franks Lot!
