Aug. 23, 2007, race 1, 1 mi., clmg. $8,000, 3 & up. Imperial Eyes, age 4/g, stalked the pace to the second turn, rallied to the front 3 wide to the quarter pole, drew away to mid stretch but took a bad step then switched leads and went wrong on the left front in deep stretch and was overtaken, then pulled up after the wire and vanned off.
